    We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for peak event seasons, to ensure availability.
  • How do I confirm the booking?
    To confirm your booking, we require 100% payment upon confirmation. After the payment is processed, we will proceed with the booking and preparations for your event.
  • When will you do the installation and dismantle?
    We typically install the canopy one day before the event and dismantle it the day after. For example, for an event on June 15th, we would install it on June 14th and dismantle it on June 16th. The precise schedule for installation or dismantling will be confirmed one day prior to the event.
  • What’s the Payment Term?
    Our payment term is straightforward: 100% payment upon confirmation. This policy helps us ensure that all resources are in place to provide you with the best service possible.
